I’m Jordan Charette, your Learning Divemaster. With over a decade of experience in learning and development, I bring a deep passion for helping your organization design effective training that delivers impact.​​​

My voyage in education began in 2015, where I discovered that much like a pearl, success is formed through patience and perseverance. I learned that ​the best way to engage your audience is to bring them along on the discovery process. That's when waves of curiosity take your learners to astounding depths of understanding.​

With an ocean of experience working with startups, non-profits, construction, oil & gas, and healthcare organizations, we have collectively plumbed the waters of crystal-clear workplace performance.

On top of it all, I'm a lifelong learner. My certifications in learning science, open-water diving, long-course triathlon are testaments to my commitment to identifying training that drives measurable results.
